As we look back on 2025, we are incredibly grateful for the clients, neighbors, and communities that made this year so meaningful. Real estate is about more than transactions for us. It is about relationships, trust, and helping people find a place that truly feels like home. This past year reminded us why we love what we do and why we care so deeply about the work we get to be a part of.
Our team specializes in DuPage County, with a strong focus on Elmhurst, Lombard, Downers Grove, and the surrounding suburbs. These are not just markets to us. They are the communities we live in, spend time in, and actively support. This year, 88 percent of our sales volume came from DuPage County, which reflects how closely we work within the communities we know best.
Because we are so connected locally, we understand what makes each town unique, how neighborhoods differ, and how the market can vary from street to street. That perspective allows us to guide our clients with clarity and confidence, whether they are buying their first home, moving within the area, or selling a home that holds years of memories.
In 2025, we were honored to help 55 families buy or sell a home across DuPage County. Together, we closed nearly $50 million in sales volume, with an average sale price of approximately $897,000. We were especially proud of the balance in our work, serving 46 percent buyers and 54 percent sellers. This allowed us to support clients on both sides of the process in a competitive and changing market. Across our listings, we averaged 101 percent of original list price. This reflects thoughtful pricing, strong marketing, and careful negotiation, always with our clients’ best interests in mind. Perhaps most meaningful to us, we maintained a 100 percent client retention rate. That speaks less to numbers and more to the relationships we build and the experiences we strive to create.
Beyond this year alone, our team reached several meaningful career milestones that reflect long-term consistency and trust from our clients. We reached nearly $250 million in total career sales volume, 300 lifetime transactions, and a lifetime average sales price of approximately $845,000. These numbers represent hundreds of families, stories, and moves that we have been honored to be part of over the years.
In 2025, our team was recognized as the number one Compass Team in Elmhurst and Lombard and ranked the ninth small team in Illinois. We were also ranked as the number one Compass Team in DuPage County by number of transactions in 2025. While awards and rankings are never our primary goal, we see them as a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the consistency of our work across DuPage County. More than anything, they reinforce our commitment to showing up for our clients with care, professionalism, and integrity.
In 2025, we proudly sponsored nearly 100 local community events, including park district programs, school initiatives, summer concerts, holiday events, and local races. Staying involved locally matters to us because these events bring people together and strengthen our communities. In addition to our sponsorships, our per-transaction donation program continues to grow. With $250 donated from every closing, we have now contributed over $55,000 to local charities and organizations, and we look forward to expanding that impact in the years ahead.
