Teresa Parry

Teresa works with buyers and sellers in both the western suburbs and the city of Chicago. Her specialty is guiding clients who are making the move from the city to the suburbs. She prides herself on going above and beyond for her clients. Whether it’s spending hours staging for listing photos, or driving from burb to burb exploring with her buyers, she is there for her clients from the beginning to the end of the real estate transaction process.

Prior to moving to Chicago, Teresa lived in New York City where she was a competitive ballroom dancer and worked in TV production. About 9 years ago, she made her first career shift when she and her husband opened up a boutique gym in the city, which has since grown to three gyms. Her experience as a business owner, and managing over 500 members at one time has made her an expert in customer service, making connections, building relationships, and responsiveness. She thrives in chaos, is quick on her feet, and is accustomed to always being “on the clock.”  

When she decided to make the shift to real estate, she dove in headfirst. During her first year as an agent, she was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” by the Chicago Association of Realtors. Teresa lives in Elmhurst with her husband and two children.
